Our Science and Society ‘Share the Vision’ Story
A glimpse of the future – at double speed
This was fun. Innovative museum Thinktank in Birmingham asked us to help them with a public exhibition, setting out “A Vision for Science and Society”. We designed, produced and installed the shell-scheme styled exhibition, aiming it firmly at a young audiences.
This meant an emphasis on interactivity, with hands-on scientific demonstrations and awe-inspiring digital planetarium experiences, alongside pre-recorded videos from the science community. We organised visitor invitations and registration, plus interactive internet pods to record audience feedback (delivering the objective of an ‘e-consultation’ alongside the showcase). Oh, and did we mention that we had to set this up and promote it within just two weeks? So yes, it was fun, fraught, but ultimately, fantastic!
