Committee For Earth Observation Satellites International AGM Conference, Gala Dinner and Drinks Reception, London

More than 100 delegates and principals from international space agencies and UN organisations attended the 19^th annual Committee, held over 4 days on Earth Observation Satellite (CEOS) plenary hosted by the British National Space Centre.  Comshows was on hand for all logistic support including accommodation booking service, production of welcome packs with travel and visa information along with on-site help desk and tour booking service. We also facilitated the entire technical service  including push-to talk sound system, speaker support and delegate liaison.

Two official social  events were  also organised to provide a more relaxing atmosphere.

for continuing discussions and networking.  On the first evening of Plenary to welcome guests, a drinks reception was held at the London Science Museum, fittingly in the Space.

Gallery, and hosted by the Chief Scientific Adviser, Sir David King. On the second evening of Plenary, at the conclusion of Plenary business, a dinner hosted by Lord Sainsbury.

at Lancaster House brought a fitting closure to the UK year of office with tours en route on the famous London Routemaster buses.
